William R. Luttrell, Ph.D.
is a seasoned R&D executive with over 33 years of experience in the food industry with companies like Kraft, Keebler, American Bottling Co., Heller Seasonings and Dean Foods.  He has established, developed, motivated and led highly effective technical organizations. His extensive background includes refrigerated, frozen, dry packaged and shelf stable food and beverage products, technologies and business systems.  His expertise includes both retail (nationally branded and private label) and foodservice channels.
